A new art exhibit is coming to the Little Gallery inside Kidder Hall at Oregon State University from Nov. 1 to Dec. 17 that will represent the universal aspects of humans.

The exhibition, which is called “Universal Languages—Paint, Print and Photography,” will be open to visitors Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 p.m. starting Nov. 1. 

The Little Gallery, which is part of the School of Languages, Culture and Society at OSU, features work from Dick Evans, senior international business advisor and director of various companies, and Gretchen Evans, who has been an artist for over 50 years. . .

Opening reception and artists talk for "Universal Languages: Paint, Prints and Photography," 4:30 to 6 p.m. Friday, The Little Gallery, Room 210, Kidder Hall, 2000 SW Campus Way, Corvallis. Dick Evans and Gretchen Evans will speak. Dick is a photographer; this exhibition features a broad sample of his more than 100,000 images. Gretchen has been an artist in several media, settling in painting and printmaking. The exhibit will run through Dec. 17. . .

Jerri Bartholomew has combined her glass art and extensive microbiology work in a new exhibit titled ‘Abstracted: Where Science Meets Art and Music’ at The Little Gallery in Kidder Hall through April 8.
